Delinquency ladder for self storage. Lien timelines are rows keyed by state rather
than constants in code, steps can only be taken in order once their statutory threshold has passed,
and a step is written at most once no matter how many workers try.
Two things to try. "Send straight to auction" is refused on every
ledger, because each earlier required step is a precondition and skipping one is how a unit gets
sold out from under someone. "Click it 24 times at once" fires 24 simultaneous sends and exactly one
notice is written. Note that Rosa in Texas and Priya in California are both 34 days past due and are
at different points on the ladder, because their states say different things.
